Epitalon® is proven to have incredible benefits to support the action of Circadian rhythms. These are natural processes that make our bodies react in different ways to light and dark, such as the sleep-wake cycle that regulates our rest and waking times.

If these become disrupted, through elements such as shift work, jet lag etc, the rhythms of hundreds of genes that are normally working to maintain, repair and protect the body are also disrupted, which can affect your health.
Why is the Pineal gland important?
If you suffer with a sleep disorder, it could be a sign that your Pineal gland isn’t producing the correct amount of Melatonin. This is the naturally occurring hormone that is responsible for regulating Circadian rhythms.
The Pineal gland may also play a role in the regulation of female hormones and may even affect the menstrual cycle and fertility. A former study also suggests that Melatonin may also help to protect against cardiovascular disorders.
DESCRIPTION
Ingredients: water; Preservatives: Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate; NanoPep complex (Alanine, Glutamic acid, Aspartic acid, Glycine).
Storage Conditions: Store in a dry place and at temperature from 2 to 25°C. Protect from heat and light. Keep out of reach of children.

DIRECTIONS
Directions: Spray 3 times under the tongue twice per day before the meal in the morning and afternoon.
The daily amount of Epitalon is 0,5 mg (500 mcg) in 6 sprays (daily dose). In 1 spray it is about 83 mcg of Epitalon.
