Initially I reached out to Tatiana because of my anxiety symptoms that I was having on a daily basis for a few years. It was affecting my day to day, symptoms of dizziness and headaches, also feeling like I was constantly living in fear, freeze fight or flight mode. I had tried talking therapy and also energy healing which seemed to work a bit but I would always come back to this place after some time.
Tatiana helped me to understand I had high cortisol levels and glucose dysregulation, due to my diet and lifestyle. These factors were the root causes of my anxiety and dizziness. She also explained to me that there were certain things in my life that were not being met for example she suggested some crucial nutrients for neurologic function, some nutrients to balance my metabolism, to take alongside a healthy diet (she refined my diet for me with very interesting recommendations), and that it was imperative for me to move my body physically every day to shift some of the stagnant energy. I agreed.
Tatiana also analysed my constitutional type with accuracy and helped me to understand how important it was for me and for my symptoms to prioritise my daily exercise over all other excuses. She helped me see that raining and poor weather should never be an excuse for not moving my body, and suggested alternatives like some videos to do at home instead.
It was of course things that I had heard before but had never really had the willingness to put it into a daily practice. However, my health and wellbeing I realise now is the most important thing in my life.
I needed Tatiana's approach of explaining things clearly and concisely as it all motivated me to want the change in my life.
Everything she said resonated with me and it felt like I could gently take on these new suggestions without fear or hesitation to improve my life. It felt right to do it since my physical and mental health is of my upmost importance!
So far I have enjoyed taking the supplements that support my glucose metabolism -which drives the cortisol output and thus causes the jittery and the anxiety symptoms - as well as other minerals that support my metabolism is more stable, and I feel that they have contributed to less anxiety and internal worry and I have increased my exercise -Tatiana is very knowledgeable about exercise and she's all for it on a daily basis - and monitored my diet more carefully than before. Yes, I admit it, I wasn't eating the best foods that would help me with the excess cortisol. But I have learned... and my shopping list has really improved. I'm so proud of this too.
It's work in progress but i feel overall that these suggestions have been working for me and I will continue to work on these areas in my life. I know I will feel more peaceful, happier and more productive generally if I continue to do so.
